Start off by adding 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water to a sauce pan, and bring it to a boil. Allow the sugar to dissolve then remove from heat.Next, cut all the lemons in half and squeeze the juice into a glass measuring cup. I personally used a mesh strainer over this to filter out the seeds and pulp.Last, combine sugar mixture (simple syrup), lemon juice, and water into your pitcher. Stir well. Add as much ice as necessary, if serving immediately. Store in refrigerator covered.Enjoy!
