How to Make Easy Coffee Popsicles for a Summertime Treat
First, start off by brewing a fresh pot of your favorite coffee, and let it set to cool for about 20 minutes or until room temperature. Also, be sure to add your sugar/honey while the coffee is hot to allow it to dissolve.
Then, you can begin combining all ingredients listed above: coffee, half & half, creamer, sugar/honey to taste. Make sure you stir well to incoporate the creamer.

Last, prepare your popsicle molds, and pour the coffee mixture into each mold leaving about an 1/4in of freezing space. One of the first times I made these, I made the mistake of filling them to the top and ended up with a mess in the freezer, LOL. So learn from me 😉

Carefully, place your popsicles in the freezer and wait several hours until frozen.

That’s it, it’s that simple!
