The great thing about these, is that they contain Brewers Yeast and ground flaxseed, aiding to the boost in milk supply.
Also, these lactation bites would be the perfect snack to add to a meal your taking to a new mom.

What You Will Need

- 2 cups organic rolled oats
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Brewers Yeast
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
