Super Simple Protein Balls

Delicous and easy to make peanut butter, chocolate chip protein balls. A great easy breakfast on the go!
Prep Time 10 minutes
Course Breakfast

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups quick or rolled oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well, making sure all the oats have been incorporated.
  • Then with a large spoon, scoop out dough and form into balls. I've learned these are best for eating after they have been refrigerated, allowing them to harden for a bit. Enjoy!
