This easy, delicious chocolate chip granola bar recipe for on the go, will certainly become one of your family's favorites too!

- 6 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups all-natural peanut butter
- 2/3 cups maple syrup (or honey)
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 4 organic eggs
- 1 tsp pink himalayan salt
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Begin, by preheating your oven to 350º F
Start off by adding all your ingredients to the bowl of your mixer. Mix until all ingredients are combined well.
Next, grease a 9x13 pan with butter or oil, and scoop all of your granola bar mixture into pan. Using a spatula, press evenly into pan and firmly pack the mixture down.
Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes or until mixture no longer looks wet/dense in the middle.
Once the granola bars have baked thoroughly, let them cool for about 15 minutes, and then slice them into bars.Enjoy!
