Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Italian Sausage
  • 2 cans Diced Tomatoes
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 36 oz bag of Frozen Cheese Tortellini
  • 3 cups of Spinach

Instructions
 

  • Begin by drizzling your pot with olive oil, then adding your sausage. Once your meat is thoroughly cooked, add in the chicken broth, both cans of tomatoes, and cubed cream cheese. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined.
  • Once the cream cheese is thoroughly melted, add in the spinach and frozen tortellini, bringing to a boil, then reduce the heat and cook for 10 minutes or until the tortellini is cooked through and aldente.
  • This soup is best served with homemade toasted bread and butter. I have a great recipe for an easy sandwich bread I serve with soo many meals. It is perfect served with many soups and stews. My family loves it! I hope you enjoy this delicious sausage tortellini soup.
