Why You’ll Love These Lactation Cookies

Simple and easy to make, these lactation cookies will become your favorite postpartum snack for breastfeeding. Combined with oats, ground flax seed, and brewers yeast, make the best little treat for boosting your milk supply while tasting absolutely delicious. I also love to make a couple batches and store in the freezer to pull out and have on hand.

  • You can use just about any add in you want: coconut, raisins, nuts, chocolate chips, etc… anything will taste delicious.
  • They typically need to bake longer than normal cookies. I go for 14 minutes and they are just right. But depending on your oven, you might want to start with 10-12 minutes and go up from there.
